Central Baseball

Season Starts March 16, 2015.

Meeting Time and Place: Monday - Friday 2:30 - 5:00 pm @ Dunning baseball fields. Competitve at three levels (Varsity, JV, & 9th)

Participation fee: $45.00/ or $20.00 if you are on free or reduced lunch.

The following check list of forms and participation fee are due FRIDAY before the first scheduled day of practice.

M.S.H.S.L.. Parent Permit and Health

Questionnaire / Athletic Eligibility Statement.

_____ 2. An up-to-date SPORTS physical exam within the

last three years.

_____ 3. Pay participation fee (Make your check payable

to Central H.S. )

ALL FORMS/FEES ARE DUE FRIDAY BEFORE START OF SEASON…..
