Boys' Tennis

Season starts March 23, 2015. Practices are from 3:00 - 5:00 at Central's tennis courts. Competitive at two levels (Varsity & JV) Participation fee is $45.00 unless you are on free or reduced lunch it is $20.00.

The following check list of forms and participation fee are due FRIDAY before the first scheduled day of practice.

M.S.H.S.L.. Parent Permit and Health

Questionnaire / Athletic Eligibility Statement.

_____ 2. An up-to-date SPORTS physical exam within the

last three years.

_____ 3. Pay participation fee (Make your check payable

to Central H.S. )
