Reminder there are a couple of things you can do to get ready for the season:

PLAY: Open Gym is every Wednesday morning in Feb from 6am-7am

GET IN SHAPE: Practice organized by our wonderful Captains starts on Feb 14th and continues every Tuesday and Thursday before the seson starts.

EAT REAL FOOD & DRINK WATER - eliminate unnecessary sugars and sodium - Very little sweets and NO POP - even diet pop - it is high in sodium and acid eat as many fruits & veggies as possible
Also, If you missed the pre-season meeting and need the signup forms - they are available from Mr. Reinhardt in room 0101
Important dates coming up:

Racket order forms are due -Thursday, February 24th

Season starts - Monday, March 5th

Clothing order forms are due - Friday March 9th

Fitness test - Friday, March 23rd*

3 times a week - run for 20 or more minutes (start at 10 increase 10% each week)

3 times a week - sit-ups and push-ups as many as you can - WRITE IT DOWN to chart your progress

6-7 times a week - stretch - hold for 20 seconds - do major muscles in legs arms and back - deep breathing
