Season starts March 9, 2015.  Practices are Monday through Friday 2:30 - 5:00 at the Central softball fields.  Participation fee is $45.00 unless you are on free or reduced lunch it is $20.00.

The following check list of forms and participation fee are due FRIDAY before the first scheduled day of practice.

_____ 1.  A completed & signed 2014-2015

                 M.S.H.S.L.. Parent Permit and Health

                 Questionnaire / Athletic Eligibility Statement.

_____ 2.   An up-to-date SPORTS physical exam within the

                 last three years. 

_____ 3.   Pay participation fee (Make your check payable

                 to Central H.S. )

 

ALL FORMS/FEES ARE DUE FRIDAY BEFORE START OF SEASON…..
