Highland wins season opener

Saturday, August 25, 2012 -- 8:00 pm

After falling behind 1-0 during the first half, the Varsity girls scored the next three goals behind Junior midfielder Elowyn Pfeiffer. ( 2 goals and an assist) The eventual game winner was scored by senior Captain Emma Weber on a rebound from a shot from Pfeiffer.

The Scots gave up a second goal late but held on for their first victory of the season. The Lady Scots take on Harding High School in their second game of the season on wednesday September 5th.
