The Eagles got off to a hot start on Friday night when they took on Community of Peace. 3 pointers were poured in one after the other. All Eagles starters were in double figures. Senior guard Da'Vonte Adams led the way for the Eagles with 20 points and 6 assists along with three 3 pointers made. Junior Mohamed Saleh dropped 14 ponits and 6 boards. Freshman Curtis Bell continued his great play with 12 points. Junior Robby Sanders added 11 points while Senior Tau Hyatte put in 10 points. The Eagles have won 2 in a row and now stand at 3-1 on the season.
The Eagles next play on Tuesday night when they travel to Mounds Park Academy. The JV plays at 5:30 and the Varsity play at 7pm.
