Boys' Golf

Wednesday, February 25, 2015 -- 12:30 pm

Season Starts March 16, 2015.

Practices are Monday - Friday 2:30 - 5:00 at local golf courses. Competitive at Varsity level. Participation fee: $70.00 to Central High School, unless on free or reduced lunch $20.00. An additional fee of $50.00 made out to Central Golf Booster.

The following check list of forms and participation fees are due FRIDAY before the first scheduled day of practice.

M.S.H.S.L.. Parent Permit and Health

Questionnaire / Athletic Eligibility Statement.

_____ 2. An up-to-date SPORTS physical exam within the

last three years.

_____ 3. Pay participation fee (Make your check payable

to Central H.S. )
