Menssen Scores All Four in Como Park Win!

In the September 18 game with Humboldt, Brianna Menssen, led the attack scoring four goals in the Como Park 4-0 win. At half-time the Lady Cougars led by a Menssen goal assisted by Emily Forstrom. In the early minutes of the second half Forstrom fed Menssen another ball that found the back of the Humboldt net. At the mid-point of the second half, ninth grader Liza Pirjevec sent a perfectly placed through ball to Menssen for the third goal. The fourth goal was all individual effort by Menssen as she intercepted a misplayed goal kick and finished the scoring for the Lady Cougars.
