It emphasizes high ideals of individual and group behavior for both participants and spectators.
-
The athletic program of the St. Paul City Conference seeks to provide an interesting medium for achieving better health, physical fitness and moral values. It also seeks to provide a rugged substitute for the increasingly artificial environment which is surrounding the youth of today.
-
The St. Paul City Conference athletic program seeks to provide a common ground upon which to unify the school and community and to aid in the development of good school spirit.
-
It is the objective of the St. Paul City Conference to evaluate its athletic program in terms of what effect it has on the participants, the spectators and the schools. Each secondary school shall evaluate its own program in these concrete terms.
